Pub 67: Babbity Bowster

I think babbitys can lay a claim to be the best behaved pub in glasgow. I went in here when I was 18 and my pal almost got us all kicked out because he said some swear words.

Instead, this is a haven for old men who play dominos and like to play matt monroe on the wireless. And, in honesty, I absolutely rate it. Watching the old boys trudge in from the rain together, wipe the condensation off their glasses, and stretch a pint out to last an entire hour is quite beautiful. A 20th century spectacle, for sure.

I am also keen on sampling the friday trad nights so please shout if anyone fancies 🥰.
