Pub 23: Variety Bar The art-deco darling of sauchiehall street and the golden spot of the glasgow party strip. Easily one of my fav pubs in glasgow and seeing it back and firing on all cylinders again just warms me up like a good soup. Was in last week after the kings and they've revved the place up

The art-deco darling of sauchiehall street and the golden spot of the glasgow party strip.

Easily one of my fav pubs in glasgow and seeing it back and firing on all cylinders again just warms me up like a good soup.

Was in last week after the kings and they've revved the place up, doing all sorts of fancy cocktails now. Had a corpse-reviver (recipe attached) and it felt like a bit of an accidental metaphor for the place.

Without going over the top, I just like the neon on rainy nights and the beresford standing proud across the road. It's nice.
