Pub 62: The Ubiquitous Chip

Oran mor one week, citizen the next, and now ubiquitous chip? I need to stop pretending that I have cash to burn and get back to the greaseball pubs and eat scampi fries.

The chip is split up into 3 separate pubs, but the place is an absolute labyrinth and I wouldn't be surprised if I stumbled into another new one while trying to find my way to the bogs. The rooftop pub is genuinely really nice, and the one at the restaurant is fine, but both are a serious acid test of your social status, or at least your ability to pretend. They are both absolutely awash with waxy barbours and flat caps, and these aliens can sniff out poverty like bloodhounds.

The wee pub on the ground floor is much better though. It feels slightly more accessible and they actually have a very good range of whisky. Met some americans here one new year and got them absolutely mwi on the cheapest drams going. Lovely stuff
