Pub 106: The Locale
Always thought that it's a bit of a funny thing that it's called 'the locale' even though it's local to almost nobody. The closest population centres are probably the nerds that spend 6hrs in the mitchell library, and the classy individuals that spend the night in seventh heaven across the road. (Someone told me it's moved but I wouldn't know anything about something like that).
Anyways, even with the locale's reputation as being the spice boy cousin of chinaskis, it's actually a pretty solid boozer. Lovely inside, reliably good pints, and a good big space out back. Best plan is actually to jump in early evening while it's quiet, get a scran, then head off to bon accord or somewhere before the REPRESENT & dior sauvage crew arrive.
But as you'd expect, looking like the title sequence of an episode of how I met your mother, a real good time was had regardless.
