Pub 51: 226 Gallowgate The gallowgate kinda fries my brain a bit as it's now just so hard to tell what's gentrified and what isn't. The markets are 50/50 split between the posh (gourmet street food), and the rough (questionable military memorabilia). And, ultimately, the pubs follow the same path. B

Pub 9: St Luke's & The Winged Ox There's only one fitting way to describe this pub. The single best pint of Guinness in Glasgow. Also my favourite gig venue in Glasgow. Seeing the ninth wave cover the pogues' 'love you till the end' at Christmas made me almost cry. You know what? I'll love this pub
