Pub 93: Bananamoon

Picture the scene: Rome, 2022, grubby hostel dorm, 35 degrees, and an english lady on the next bunk over wants to talk about her university art project. I'm meaning, this is a severe and genuine stinker of a vibe.

Anyways, she explains that she's studying in glasgow and is doing shifts in bananamoon, where the boss is an *alleged* crime boss and owed her like 3 weeks of shift money. Amazing that you can hear a story like that and actually end up on the side of the gangster, but she was quite annoying.

Thought it would be nice to finally pay a visit and try to thank the man for his service. Not a huge amount to comment on, but pretty nice room and the icy guinness zero went down a treat. However - and this could be said for almost any bar in the west end of glasgow - you don't need to run a DJ set on a tuesday night when there are 10 people in. Just because 'Theo Diddlington' from Broomhill wants to practice his mixing, it doesn't mean you should let him. Ban.
